By accessing or using FootballADP ("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

FootballADP provides fantasy football Average Draft Position (ADP) data, analysis tools, and related services. Our data is compiled from real money leagues and undergoes manual auditing for quality assurance.

2. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

  • Best Effort Service: We strive for accuracy through manual auditing, but ADP data is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of data or continuous availability of services
  • User Responsibility: All fantasy football decisions and their consequences are solely your responsibility
  • Third-Party Data: Some data is sourced from third parties (Sleeper) with proper attribution

3. Acceptable Use

You May:

  • Use our data for personal fantasy football analysis and decision-making
  • Share insights derived from our data with proper attribution
  • Access our services through normal web browsing

You May Not:

  • Scrape, harvest, or automatically extract data from our site
  • Redistribute our data commercially without permission
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary methodologies
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: ADP methodologies, visual interfaces, and original analysis remain our intellectual property
  • Third-Party Content: Properly attributed data from Sleeper API and other sources
  • User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us license to use it in connection with our services

5. Mobile Applications

When available, our mobile applications are subject to additional terms:

  • App Store and Google Play terms apply
  • In-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Beta testing through TestFlight or similar services may have additional restrictions

6. Limitation of Liability

FootballADP and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Fantasy football losses or poor performance based on our data
  • Temporary service outages or data delays
  • Third-party data accuracy or availability
  • Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages

7. Privacy and Data Collection

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northwest Territories, Canada and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northwest Territories, Canada.
