What is 3RR (3rd Round Reversal)?

In a 3RR draft, the order reverses in the 3rd round and then follows the normal snake pattern. This helps balance the draft by giving the teams at the end of round 1 (who would normally pick last in round 3) a chance to pick first in round 3.

The 3RR pattern: 1→, 2←, 3←, 4→, 5←, etc.
